  1. This GoPayz Year End Visa Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by U Mobile Services Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No.: 200401034375 (672884-H)) ("U Mobile") which commences at 12.00am on 1 Oct 2024 and ends at 11.59pm on 31 December 2024 ("Campaign Period").

  2. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below ("Terms and Conditions").

  3. Campaign Eligibility
    • This Campaign is open to all new and existing GoPayz customers with active GoPayz accounts ("Eligible Participant"). GoPayz accounts are active if you are able to perform transactions via those GoPayz accounts.
    • U Mobile reserves the right to reject any participation by any participant without assigning any reason.

  4. Campaign Mechanics
    To participate in this Campaign, Eligible Participants must complete the following during the Campaign Period:
    • Upgrade to GoPayz premium wallet ("Premium Wallet"); and
    • Spend a minimum of RM250 on any selected in-app Financial or Islamic Services, or Retail (offline or e-commerce platforms) in a single transaction using any GoPayz Visa card that is linked to your GoPayz account (“Transaction”), without utilizing GoPointz.
    • The selected in-app Financial Services eligible for participation in this Campaign are Wealth, Remittance, Online Currency Exchange and Chubb Motor Insurance. The following in-app Islamic Services are also eligible for participation in this Campaign:
      1. Lembaga Zakat Selangor (“LZS”);
      2. Pusat Pungutan Zakat Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan (“PPZ-MAIWP”);
      3. Lembaga Zakat Negeri Kedah (“LZNK”);
      4. Pusat Kutipan Zakat Negeri Pahang (“PKZP”);
      5. Zakat Pulau Pinang (“ZPP”);
      6. Majlis Agama Islam dan ‘Adat Melayu Perak (“MAIPk”);
         
  5. Rewards
    • Eligible Participants who successfully fulfil the requirements in Paragraph 4 above during the Campaign Period are entitled to receive a RM5 cashback to be credited into the successful Eligible Participant's GoPayz account based on a first come, first served basis ("Cashback")

    • Eligible Participants must ensure that their GoPayz accounts are active at the point the Cashback is credited. U Mobile shall not be responsible if the Eligible Participant's GoPayz account is inactive including any loss incurred or suffered by that Eligible Participant.

      • Each successful Eligible Participant is entitled to get the Cashback only once during each calendar month throughout the Campaign Period, with a total Cashback capped at a maximum of RM15.

      • The total Cashback for all successful Eligible Participants is capped at a total sum of RM45,000 throughout the Campaign Period based on a first-come, first served basis ("Max Cap").

      • The Cashback ceases once the Max Cap is fully utilised and no Cashback will be awarded for any subsequent Transaction performed even though it is within the Campaign Period.

    • The Cashback is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash, credit, or rebate in full or in part and any such visuals shown on GoPayz app, web or Facebook page, advertisement and promotion materials are for photography or illustration purposes only.

    • U Mobile reserves the rights to replace or substitute the Cashback with a suitable alternative of similar value without prior notice, as determined by U Mobile.

    • U Mobile is entitled to require the return of or to obtain a refund of any Cashback credited within one (1) year from the end of the Campaign Period from the Eligible Participant's GoPayz account for any Transactions that are subsequently cancelled, voided, reversed, disputed, refunded or which are unauthorised or fraudulent.

  6. General
    • U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions and may terminate, suspend this Campaign or extend the Campaign Period at its absolute discretion. Any such change will be announced on our website or social media. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.

    • By participating in the Campaign, all participants:
      • consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign;

      • consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and

      • grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.

    • To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants and if the participants are below 18 years of age, their parents or guardian, agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.

    • Any consents, indemnities, agreement, undertakings representations and warranties given under these Terms and Conditions by participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have given by their parents or guardians.

    • The subscription and use of GoPayz is subject to the GoPayz Service Agreement and, where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, GoPayz Service Agreement will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.

    • The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
