GoPayz Free E-vouchers Giveaway 2021 Campaign
This GoPayz Free E-vouchers Giveaway 2021 campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by U Mobile Services Sdn Bhd (“U Mobile Services”) and U Mobile Sdn Bhd (“U Mobile”), collectively referred to as “U Mobile Group” which will commence at 12.00am on 13 September 2021 and end at 11.59pm on 13 March 2022 (“Campaign Period”).
By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).
This Campaign is open to new and existing GoPayz subscribers who signed up for GoPayz account via a U Mobile postpaid number with active U Mobile postpaid accounts and GoPayz accounts. For clarity:
(i) GoPayz accounts are active if the participants are able to perform transactions via those GoPayz accounts; and
(ii) U Mobile accounts are active, if the subscriber can make and receive calls using the U Mobile account.
- U Mobile Group reserves the right to reject any application by any participant without assigning any reason.
- This Campaign is open to new and existing GoPayz subscribers who signed up for GoPayz account via a U Mobile postpaid number with active U Mobile postpaid accounts and GoPayz accounts. For clarity:
To participate in this Campaign:
(i) perform any payment transactions within GoPayz app such as purchase of financial services, Islamic services, bill payments for utility, phone and internet bills, entertainment and lifestyle services worth RM30.00 and above in a single transaction using the participant’s GoPayz card (i.e. GoPayz MasterCard, GoPayz UnionPay or GoPayz Visa cards) (“Transaction”) via the GoPayz app during the Campaign Period.
(ii) For clarity, the Transaction does not include:
(i) all contributions under charity services;
(ii) transaction under Wealth investment;
(iiii) any e-vouchers redemption under GoPointz rewards;
(iv) top up of any GoPayz Account;
(v) P2P transfer; or
(vi) cash withdrawal.
- To participate in this Campaign:
- U Mobile Group will select the first 100,000 participants who fulfil the requirement of paragraph 4 above during the Campaign Period who will be entitled to receive 1 unit of Youbeli e-voucher worth RM5.00 each (“Youbeli Voucher”) made available by You Buy Online Sdn. Bhd (“Youbeli”).
The Youbeli Voucher;
(i) can be used once for purchase of products worth RM50 and above except for mobile reloads, game credits and e-Gift voucher on the Youbeli platform via the GoPayz App under the lifestyle tab. Participants must enter the Youbeli promotion code provided on the Youbeli Voucher at the GoPayz payment page when purchase of items via the Youbeli platform;
(ii) cannot be combined or used with Youbeli’s other on-going promotions and offers; and
(iii) is valid until 31 March 2022.
- Any purchase made from Youbeli is subject to Youbeli’s terms and conditions made available at https://www.youbeli.com/information.php?id=773&language=en.
- Participants must contact Youbeli’s customer service hotline at 1 800 88 2354 for any queries relating to Youbeli Voucher.
- In addition to the Youbeli Voucher, U Mobile Group will select the following participants who fulfil the requirement of paragraph 4 shall be entitled to receive 1 unit of the e-voucher (“e-voucher") listed below in accordance with the participants’ participation week of the Campaign Period as provided in paragraph 5(f) below:

- A total of 5,000 OXWHITE Vouchers will be made available for distribution.
- The OXWHITE Voucher can be used once for any purchase of products worth RM60 and above at https://oxwhite.com/ except for the following innerwear collection:
- 2 pieces of women comfy bikini panties;
- men trunks and comfort flex trunk;
- women lounge wear;
- men everyday boxer; or
- men brief.
- Participants must register for an OXWHITE account at https://oxwhite.com/ before making any purchase.
- Changes in order details including but not limited to payment method, cancellation of order and changes in delivery time slot will render the OXWHITE Voucher to be invalid.
- Any purchase made from OXWHITE is subject to OXWHITE’ terms and conditions made available at https://oxwhite.com/pages/tnc.
- The OXWHITE Voucher is valid until 31 March 2022.
Participants must enter the OXWHITE discount code provided on the OXWHITE Voucher at point of purchase of items. RM15 off with a minimum spend of RM100 at https://www.zalora.com.my/ or via ZALORA mobile app (“ZALORA Voucher”) provided by Jade Eservices Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“ZALORA”)
- A total of 5,000 ZALORA Vouchers will be made available for distribution.
- The ZALORA Voucher can be used once for any purchase of products worth RM100 and above at https://www.zalora.com.my/ or via ZALORA mobile app except Brand and item apply as set out at https://support-my.zalora-ops.com/en/support/solutions/articles/76000017871-brand-exclusions
- The ZALORA Voucher cannot be combined or used with ZALORA’s on-going promotions and offers.
- Any purchase made from ZALORA is subject to ZALORA’s terms and conditions made available at https://www.zalora.com.my/terms-of-use/
- The ZALORA Voucher is valid until 31 March 2022.
Participants must enter the ZALORA discount code provided on the ZALORA Voucher at point of purchase of items.
- The e-voucher may be distributed in the following manner or in any manner U Mobile Group deems fit:

- The weekly e-voucher distribution list will be provided at that Campaign page at http://gopayz.com.my/umobile-gimme-gimme-cash.
- Each participant is entitled to receive a maximum of 3 types of e-vouchers throughout the entire Campaign Period. By way of an example:
If the participant performs the following Transactions in accordance with paragraph 4, the participant shall be entitled to receive a maximum of 3 types of e-vouchers based on the week the Transaction was performed:

- Participants must ensure that their GoPayz accounts are active at the point of the Youbeli Voucher and the e-vouchers redemption.
- U Mobile Group will notify the winners of their entitlement to the Youbeli Voucher and the e-vouchers via GoPayz app push notification(s) or GoPayz social media page or in any manner U Mobile Group deems fit.
- The Youbeli Voucher and the e-vouchers will be made available under the “Rewards” → “My Vouchers” tab of the participants’ GoPayz Account.
- Each participant shall be entitled to receive 1 Youbeli Voucher, 1 OXWHITE Voucher and 1 ZALORA Voucher each throughout the Campaign Period.
- U Mobile Group reserve the right to replace or substitute the Youbeli Voucher and the e-vouchers with any other items of similar value at any time as determined by U Mobile Group.
- The Youbeli voucher and the e-vouchers are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash, credit or rebate in full or in part and any visuals of the Youbeli voucher and the e-vocuhers shown on the GoPayz page, advertisement and promotion materials are for photography and illustration purposes only.

- U Mobile Group may change any of these Terms and Conditions and may terminate, suspend this Campaign or extend the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website or social media. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
By participating in the Campaign, all participants: -
(i) consent for U Mobile Group to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign;
(ii) consent for U Mobile Group to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile Group sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
(iii) grant U Mobile Group the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
- To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile Group excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile Group against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
- The subscription and use of GoPayz is subject to the GoPayz Service Agreement and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, GoPayz Service Agreement Terms and Conditions, as the case may be, will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
- The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
