You can sign up for GoPayz Service online by:

  1. downloading the GoPayz App directly from the Google Play Store, Apple App Store or the Huawei’s AppGallery, for free; or
  2. visiting GoPayz website at

Malaysian residents and foreigners who work or reside in Malaysia are welcome to apply for GoPayz Service as long as they are 18 years old and above. For foreigners, they will be required to provide details of their residential address in Malaysia.

You will be charged based on the table of fee provided under question 3 above. Cash withdrawals can be made using physical GoPayz Card at ATMs that accept Card Schemes cards such as Visa, Mastercard or UnionPay.

Please note that certain ATM may impose additional fees in addition to the fees specified above.

To sign up for GoPayz Service you must first sign up for the Basic Wallet Account. Just fill in your personal information required via GoPayz App or GoPayz Website to sign up for the GoPayz Service.

Once your Basic Wallet Account has been set up, you can upgrade your Basic Wallet Account to Premium Wallet Account by:

  1. telling us more about yourself by filling up the “know your customer” (KYC) form; and
  2. snap a photo of or upload a scanned copy of your MyKad (for Malaysians) or your MyPR (for Malaysian Permanent Residents) or Passport (for foreigners).

You will not be charged for signing up for GoPayz Service or for your GoPayz Account.

For Premium Wallet Account, you have the option to apply for a physical GoPayz Card by remitting a fee of RM16.00 upon your application of the physical GoPayz Card.

3 Card Replacement Fee

Card replacement fee = RM16.00 per card

Only applicable for those who opt in for physical GoPayz Card to be issued, and the card replacement request is initiated by customer due to lost, stolen or damaged physical GoPayz Card or disclosure of the physical GoPayz Card’s information to a third party

7 Overseas and Foreign Merchant Transaction Conversion Fee All Overseas and Foreign Merchant Transactions including online transactions shall be converted to Ringgit Malaysia at the prevailing conversion rate on the day of conversion and include the charges as determined by Card Schemes and a service fee of 1%. 8 Refund Handling Fee

For clarity, refund happens when your GoPayz Account is terminated, you perform reload exceeding your GoPayz Account limit or a transaction is cancelled.

The campaign shall commence from 13 September 2021 – 13 March 2022.

Open to all U Mobile postpaid users with an active GoPayz account.

All you need to do is spend a minimum of RM30 on selected in-app services within GoPayz app via GoPayz cards (GoPayz Visa, Mastercard or Union Pay cards).

The e-vouchers will be given away on a weekly rotation basis. It will be made available in your GoPayz account instantly as below:

The free e-voucher will be made available in your GoPayz account under “Rewards” - “My Vouchers” section instantly upon successful transaction of RM30 on eligible in-app services.

You will be receiving a maximum of 3 units of e-vouchers - Youbeli, OXWHITE and ZALORA one each upon successful transactions during the campaign period, subject to the availability of the e-vouchers.

You may refer to the validity of the voucher that made available in the Terms & Conditions for respective voucher under Rewards > My Vouchers. Alternatively, you may refer to the campaign terms & conditions for each voucher at

This is possibly due to any of below reasons:

  1. The e-voucher could’ve been fully distributed, as it is subject to the availability of the e-vouchers on a first come first serve basis;

  2. changed the rate plan from U Mobile postpaid plan to prepaid plan; or

  3. you’ve ported out from U Mobile network.

Simply spend a minimum of RM30 on selected in-app services within GoPayz app via GoPayz cards (GoPayz Visa, Mastercard or Union Pay cards) and you’ll be receiving 300 Extra GoPointz.

The campaign shall commence from 18 September – 17 November 2021.

This campaign is open to all GoPayz users in 2 phases as below table:

Yes, you will be receiving 300 Extra GoPointz twice for the first 2 transactions you made, with condition that the transactions made are among the eligible transactions in respective phase during campaign period.

You are entitled for 300 Extra GoPointz once, regardless of the number of transactions performed on prepaid top-up or phone bill payment in each phase during campaign period.

You can use GoPointz to offset in-app payments or redeem any e-vouchers of your choice via GoPayz app > “Service” > “GoPointz Rewards” > “E-vouchers”.

You can offset your in-app payments using GoPointz slider feature. Simply drag the slider for the total GoPointz that you want to redeem upon checkout. You can also choose the payment options; either GoPointz only or combination of both GoPayz credit & GoPointz and pay the remaining balance at the payment page to complete the transaction. It’s just that easy!

Yes, the validity is 2 years from issuance date.

This is possibly due to either one of these reasons:
i) The transaction you’ve made has exceeded the maximum capping of the eligible transactions
ii) The transaction you’ve made was after campaign has ended.
