International Airtime Credit Transfer and International Bill Payment services (“Service”) allow you to transfer credit using your GoPayz account (“GoPayz Account”) to other overseas prepaid mobile network operators and to pay utility bill accounts in selected countries (using selected networks only).
You can use the Service provided by U Mobile Services Sdn Bhd (Company No.672884-H) (“U Mobile Services”) via www.gopayz.com.my (“GoPayz Web”) or GoPayz mobile application (“GoPayz App”).
“GoPayz” refers to the stored value service provided by U Mobile Services via the GoPayz App and GoPayz Web to enable the use of GoPayz Account to perform transactions including this Service.
BY USING THE SERVICE YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS
By using this Service, you agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”) which are supplemental to the GoPayz Service Agreement including the privacy notice which are made available at GoPayz Web and GoPayz App.
WE MAY MAKE CHANGES TO THE SERVICE AND THESE TERMS OF SERVICE
We may change the Service (including any of its features and functionalities) at any time and any of the Terms of Service from time to time. Such changes will become effective 21 days after we publish the changes on GoPayz Web or GoPayz App.
Every time you wish to use the Service, please check these Terms of Service to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. If you continue to use the Service after the changes, you will be deemed to accept such change.
ELIGIBILTY
The Service is made available to all GoPayz customers (“Customers”) who fulfil the following requirements:
* Customers who have active GoPayz Accounts that are not suspended or terminated; and
* Customers with sufficient credit balance in their GoPayz Account.
SERVICE FEATURES
a. You will be able to use the Service via GoPayz Web or GoPayz App to transfer the credit from your GoPayz Account to another international prepaid mobile number or international bill payment account number of the recipient (“Recipient”) who is located in the list of supported countries.
b. The Recipient will receive the prepaid credit transfer or bill payment amount in foreign currency. For example, when you transfer credit in RM to a prepaid mobile number in Indonesia, the Recipient will receive the credit in IDR based on the converted sum which is stated on the Denomination Selection page in the GoPayz App and GoPayz Web.
c. You will receive an SMS notification indicating the total prepaid credit transfer or bill payment after the transaction amount is deducted from your GoPayz Account.
d. The Recipient will receive an SMS notification on the amount received in foreign currency.
e. Once the prepaid credit transfer or bill payment transaction has been successfully completed, there shall be no cancellation or refund.
f. You may only perform up to 5 transactions daily for any combination of prepaid credit transfer and bill payment and you must have sufficient credit balance in your GoPayz Account. If you have insufficient credit balance, the prepaid credit transfer or bill payment will not be successful.
USE OF THE SERVICE
You must enter a valid and correct prepaid mobile number for any prepaid credit transfer or account number of the Recipient for any bill payment request.
U Mobile Group shall not be responsible for cancellation or refund to you if you have entered an incorrect prepaid mobile number or bill account number of the Recipient which results in the wrong transaction amount being deducted from your GoPayz Account. “U Mobile Group” refers to U Mobile Services and U Mobile Sdn Bhd (223969-U), either individually or collectively as the context requires.
We may stop allowing you to use the Service, with or without notice for any reason whatsoever, including if we suspect that there is fraudulent or unauthorized use or for any operational reasons.

GENERAL
By submitting your personal information or using the Service, you have given us your consent to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose your personal information according to our privacy notice which is available at GoPayz Web and GoPayz App.
The Service is provided on an “As Is” and “As Available” basis without express or implied warranty and you agree that use of the Service is at your sole risk.
Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, we make no representations or warranties including but not limited to any warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, usefulness, operation, completeness, accuracy, timeliness, security, reliability or that its defect free, uninterrupted use, availability and fitness for a particular purpose in respect of the Service, the materials and the functions and we exclude all warranties whether express or implied relating in any way to Service.
To the extent permitted by law, the U Mobile Group excludes all liability in connection with use of the Service. You agree to release the U Mobile Group from and indemnify the U Mobile Group against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or for loss or damage; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising from use of the Service.
The Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia. You agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from the Terms of Service.
If there is any conflict between these Terms of Service, the GoPayz Service Agreement and the privacy notice, the conflict will be resolved in the following descending order:
* the GoPayz Service Agreement;
* the privacy notice;
* these Terms of Service.
