Yes, you will be able to access the GoPayz app and use your e-wallet balance for transactions until 11.59pm, 31 March 2025. Here are the ways you can utilize your balance by 31 March 2025:

No. Your physical GoPayz Prepaid Cards will be cancelled automatically after the e-wallet account closure.
The final date to utilise and withdraw your e-wallet balance is 31 March 2025.
You may withdraw your e-wallet balance to your bank account through a request via the GoPayz app. Please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Open the GoPayz app, tap the side menu in the top left corner, click the 'Wallet' section, and select 'Transfer to Bank'.

Step 2: Enter the full available balance to be transferred to your personal bank account.

Step 3: Complete the digital form with your bank details and submit the request via the app.

We will verify the supporting documents received. The e-wallet balance will be transferred to your bank account within seven (7) business days, subject to successful verification.
Upon requesting the closure of your e-wallet, any remaining balance will be refunded to your bank account. Additionally, your prepaid cards will be cancelled when the e-wallet account is closed.

Whether you are a Basic or Premium Wallet customer, please ensure that your GoPayz Wallet profile details match your NRIC/Passport and bank account information.
If our Customer Care Officer identifies an information mismatch, you will be notified to update your details. Failure to provide valid bank account information or to respond by 31 March 2025, will result in your balance withdrawal being unable to be processed.

Any remaining balances in your e-wallet account that remain unattended will be transferred to the Registrar of Unclaimed Moneys. You may directly claimed the fund from the Registrar of the Unclaimed Money starting from 5 January 2026 onwards.
Once your balance withdrawal request is processed, the funds will be transferred to your bank account within seven (7) business days, subject to your bank’s processing times.
No, you cannot transfer your e-wallet balance to another e-wallet. You can only transfer the balance from your e-wallet to a bank account that is maintained with a licensed bank in Malaysia via the IBG method.
Any unclaimed remaining balance in your e-wallet will be transferred to the Registrar of Unclaimed Moneys. You may directly claim the fund from the Registrar of the Unclaimed Moneys starting from 5 January 2026 onwards.
You can download statements for free via the GoPayz app by selecting 'Transaction' and 'Download Statement'. Please do so by 31 March 2025. You can only download statements for the past 6 months via the app.

Alternatively, you can request statements by emailing customercare@gopayz.com.my, subject to a fee of RM5.00 per statement per month. Statements will not be issued if there are insufficient funds in your e-wallet account to cover the fee. You can only download statements for the past 12 months via email.
Please redeem your GoPointz by 31 March 2025. Any unredeemed GoPointz, reward vouchers and any other earned benefits will be forfeited after this date or upon closure of your e-wallet account.
We will retain your Personal Data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose(s) for which it was collected or to comply with legal, regulatory or other legitimate business requirements. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that any irrelevant or excessive personal data is destroyed or made anonymous as soon as reasonably possible. If there is a pending transaction or payment on the GoPayz service closure date, it will still be processed by our system as per standard procedures. For any concerns or assistance, please contact our Customer Care.
